blukh 3al ashkal iltaf'ha. I get calls like that all the time but I do the "Aloooo!!! Alooo!!!! Kishhhhhhsshshsh Kiishshshhahhshshha (personalized jan6a soun d effects) and then hang up. They call back and I reply: Aloooooooooo!! Aloooooooo!! Tara ma asma3 shay. Akalmich bacher.
My advice practice the Kiiishhhhksshshhhhh before doin it the first time. And try not to laugh :p
